Writer’s block… every writer goes through it at some point or another, even when you’re writing about housing developments.

When trying to think of an witty introduction to my post about The Woodlands [map] by The Daniels Corporation, the best I could come up with was a lame joke related to “nature calling” or a weak Ace Ventura reference. But then I stepped back and thought that this beautiful collection of townhomes surrounded by 25 acres of protected forest deserves better.

Better still, it doesn’t even need a witty introduction. The project sells itself because it’s such a unique opportunity for homebuyers.

While The Woodlands is located in an idyllic setting, surrounded by acres of forest, the future residents will still be able to enjoy all the perks of living in the small yet ever-expanding city of Oakville. The neighbourhood surrounding the protected forest area, which will house The Woodlands, contains schools, shops and restaurants.

When you’re in the secluded wooded area, you have the peaceful feeling of being miles away from any urban hustle and bustle, but once you step out of the forest, you’re back in civilization with all of its wonderful amenities. It’s really the best of both worlds.

Interested buyers don’t have a lot of time to spare. Sales for The Woodlands will be held on Saturday, September 11 at 9am. The homes will be sold on a first-come, first served basis and The Daniels Corporation is expecting a large turn-out, so get there early!

The area is perfect for homebuyers who want to do some serious Henry David Thoreau-esque communing with nature or buyers who just want to own a beautiful home in a scenic, peaceful setting but still want to be close to all of Oakville’s amenities.

Either way, The Woodlands and The Daniels Corporation are offering a positively transcendental home-buying experience.
