Tribute Communities had a pretty fantabulous week. They topped the annual J.D. Power new home buyer satisfaction survey for the second time in five years. Tribute also won the Ontario Board of Trade’s Business Achievement Award in the large business category. Wow!

While topping the J.D. Power new home buyer satisfaction survey is an important feat that reflects their dedication to the development industry, the real surprise is the latter award.

Al Libfeld, Tribute’s President and CEO, said:

“The Board of Trade award recognizes the lengths we go to as a company to ensure we lead the housing industry — indeed all Ontario industries — in bringing the best management practices to bear in all our operations. This is the first time ever that a home builder has won this award and that makes it very special.”

Indeed it does! Congrats Tribute! The other winner in the large business category was De Beers, the global diamond giant.

This year alone Tribute will build about 1,000 homes in the GTA. Their recent successes include Queen and Portland [map], 1717 Avenue Road [map] and the Residences at RCMI [map]. So if you’re looking for a builder that complies with Ontario’s best management practices AND provides outstanding results in the customer satisfaction then you might want to check these buildings out!

And, let’s face it, what customer doesn’t want to be satisfied.
