Poor Calgary, for the first time since 1992 more people have moved out of the city than arrived. Calgary’s growth has slowed to a crawl hitting a 26-year low.

The Calgary Herald supposes Calgary is struggling because of stabilizing gas prices and executives/partiers who just aren’t spending what they used to be.

The mayor of Calgary, Dave Bronconnier, is putting on a brave face though explaining that the city has grown 26 years in a row and “at some point, it’s nice to have a little bit of a breather.”
