Looking for a nice “fixer-upper” for your next house? Then you really should consider the house below.

Yikes! Before you get too excited, you should know that the house is one of most expensive in the US at $75million. Oh yeah, I should also mention that it comes “as is”, and is unfinished.

The mansion was started by timeshare tycoon David Siegel, and has plenty of space to offer. Check this out:

– 90,000 square feet;
– Twenty-three bathrooms;
– Thirteen bedrooms;
– Ten kitchens;
– A 20-car garage, with additional space for two limos;
– Three pools;
– A bowling alley;
– Indoor roller rink;
– Two-story movie theatre;
– Video arcade;
– Fitness center;
– Baseball field; and,
– two tennis courts.

Construction was halted last year to save money in a recession that proved particularly hard on Siegel’s once-booming industry.

The Lake Tahoe estate is the third-most expensive on the market, according to Forbes magazine. Think this house is a little too dinky?? Don’t worry, there is more out there for you, such as:

– a $150 million mansion in Holmby Hills, Calif., owned by Candy Spelling, widow of television giant Aaron Spelling; and,

– a mansion owned by Suzanne Saperstein, the ex-wife of Texas billionaire David Saperstein, has a $125 million asking price.

Here is to dreaming!
