France’s debt is about €1.49 trillion Euros. In order to help lower this monumental debt the country is selling off 1,700 government owned buildings.

The only buyers who won’t qualify for purchasing are those with shady track records and dirty cash. All buyers, including movie stars and foreign governments will go through thorough background checks.
