The DNA brand of condos by Canderel Stoneridge is launching its latest development soon, DNA3 [map].

By the looks of things, they’re taking the brand to the next level and beyond.

Just like the iPhone adds cool updates to each generation, DNA3 is updating pretty much everything and is promising to be the creme de la creme of condo living in Toronto.

It’s being set up as an extension of your lifestyle – it’s high design, accentuated by a running theme of exposed concrete and timber wood starting in the lobby and continuing it’s way throughout the building, is aimed at ‘creating a life’ for it’s residents.

Also, with 20,000 sq. ft. of top level retail stores on the ground floor, it’s aimed at benefiting the local community too. Canderel are very selective about who they allow rent the retail space and insist that only the best retailers are allowed occupy space, so expect some nice stores coming to King and Bathurst soon!

The area too is key. It has the best of both worlds – close enough to places such as the new Thompson Hotel so you can enjoy the nightlife, but far enough away where you can enjoy a neighbourhood vibe without any noise pollution.

We’re told that the units will be released in stages, as is consistent with the brand and also to avoid any mad rushes. Canderel were quick to point out that they don’t want a line around the corner once the sales office opens, but instead want to build relationships.

Speaking of the sales centre (or discovery centre), it’s designed by Cecconi Simone and from what we hear it’s supposed to be AWESOME! And it’s opening soon so hopefully we’ll have more to report on, because we love this project!
