The L Tower [map] looks cool. Check it out. Look to the left. There’s a rendering right there. You can’t miss it.
How cool does that look?!
It’s little wonder that one of the main pieces of information that Cityzen want you to know about the project, is not the square footage ranges, the amazing amenities available, or the usual mumbo jumbo.
No no, if you walk by the hoardings on Front and Yonge you will see in big writing, ‘Desgined by Daniel Liebskind’, featured very prominently.
Correct me if I’m wrong but this is a somewhat uncommon way to promote a condo project.
Kudos to Cityzen for featuring his name sooooooooooo prominently in their marketing. Mr. Liebskind is a leading light in architecture, not only in Canada, but all over the world. His work stretches from New York to Seoul, from Denver to Dublin, and beyond. This isn’t in question. The guy is good at what he does.
I guess the idea is that just having his name on it will be enough for most people to think that it’s a good project. But, in fact there is so much more to the project, from 10-foot ceiling heights, unbelievable location (St. Lawrence Market meets Financial District), of course all the bells and whistles amenities…etc…etc… And, check out some of these in suite features… Munge Leung designed kitchen cabinetry, engineered hardwood floors, complete Miele stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite kitchen countertops, marble countertops in master bathroom, Miele laundry appliances, emergency voice communications system, smoke and heat detector in each suite.
Take a look at Daniel Liebskind’s website to see examples of some of his other work.
The L Tower is now selling. Check out their website to register.
