It’s like a wave!

This is going to be a really cool addition to the skyline around Yonge and Bloor; the undulating pattern of balconies and shimmering glass will undoubtedly provide some eye candy for passers by.

What’s really great about Five Condos at 5 St. Joseph [map] is that it ties into the ‘urban’ nature of its origins (the site was originally a warehouse dating from 1905) by maintaining a podium at ground level that will be restoring shops that have been around since the 1880’s.

Marrying the old with the new is a perfect compliment to the area, and with a roof garden designed by acclaimed landscape architect Janet Rosenberg topping off the podium design, it will undoubtedly draw some attention from the frequenters of the Bloor/Yorkville area a little to the North!

Our sources tell us that there has already been a HUGE amount of interest in 5 St. Joseph so you’d better get your act together if you are interested in purchasing!

The Cecconi Simone-designed sales centre and model suite are located within the historic warehouse at 5 St. Joseph Street, just west of Yonge. Register now by calling 416-928-0555 or visiting
