We kept things pretty vague as we have SO much info on this project after meeting with Canderel Stoneridge last week, and now we’ll start sharing it; sharing IS caring after all, and BBH cares about all of you!
OK, so where to begin? How about the amenities – 6,000 sq. ft. of them to be exact.
A perfect example of the high-design features of DNA3 is the ‘misting station’ on the outdoor terrace of each building. Seeing as I got sun-burnt over the weekend I really could have used one of these to cool myself off! A really nice feature!
Continuing the water theme inside is a fantastic looking indoor ‘rain’ room which you can use to relax after a long day, or to soothe your muscles after a workout in the two storey fitness centre.
Which reminds me – we’ve been told that some of the equipment being used in the fitness centre is completely new to Toronto and pretty amazing! That’s all we know though. We swear!! We couldn’t find out any more. Very intriguing!!
Other amenities include indoor party rooms, a games room (with Wii stations), private work stations and private outdoor dining areas amongst other things!
With DNA 1 and DNA 2 having 1,500 sq. ft. of amenities respectively, DNA 3’s 6,000 sq. ft. really shows that Canderel are taking the DNA brand to the next level and upping the ante for the King West area!
