The only reason that seems unique, and eye-catching, is that their project is priced 25% below the Bay Street Competition.
Only problem is that I have no idea if U-Condominiums, Nicholas Condos, and Burano are actually considered competition. Have you been to all four? What do you think?
Or, could it be that you are paying todays price at Eleven Residences, as opposed to a higher price which estimates the value when the project will be complete?
