Location. Location. Location. Right? Yes!

According to a recent BMO Bank of Montreal survey, among current and future first-time homeowners, location is the main reason they would consider offering more than the asking price for a home.

The survey states that 70% of current homeowners would consider offering more for a home based on its location and 63% of future first-time home owners would consider offering more for a home based on its location.

But wait… there is more! The survey also showcased differences in opinion between men and women when it comes to home buying. Male future first-time homeowners are more likely (70%) than female homeowners (57%) to consider offering more for a home based on its location.

Interesting.
