Looking for a new condominium / home on the west side of Toronto? Your perfect home may be coming soon at one of two new exciting projects! Garrison at the Yards [map] by Onni, and the Library District Condos [map] by Context Developments.
Here is how Garrison at the Yards defines itself, as per the eBlast below:
“In 1798 the British laid out plans to rebuild Fort York. Today it’s our turn. On Fort York Boulevard, directly across from the historic fort, we are building something distinctly urban. A neighbourhood of spectecular condominium residences called The Yards.
First in this new downtown community is Garrison.”
Fair enough for Garrison! But, I am curious to know how Library District will define itself.
I never knew that Toronto had a “library district”; heck, I thought with the iPad and the Kindle, library’s would be going extinct. I think the name has something to do with Toronto’s 100th library? Who knows. Who cares. The name doesn’t seem to carry any real relevance, but I think it is a cool name. And, I am pretty happy to hear that Toronto will officially have a “Library District” now!
Nevertheless, not only does Garrison at the Yards have a cool logo, but it also has some pretty scrumptious starting prices at $189,900! Keep an eye out for more information coming soon on Library District!
