Etobicoke [map] is hot hot hot for new development at the moment, with 21+ new residential developments in the works, and there are three new condo developments making a lot of waves these days…

1. One Valhalla, by Edilcan [map]
2. West Village, by Tridel [map]
3. Holiday Towers, by FRAM Group [map]



According to The Toronto Star:

“Three prominent condominium developers are currently selling suites in three separate projects abutting the east and west edges of Highway 427. They’re close enough that energetic condo shoppers can visit the three elaborate on-site sales offices by walking from one to the other.”

One Valhalla

One Valhalla is a project comprising three highrise towers soaring 22, 25 and 29-storeys high, and 68 townhomes.

The three towers will stand on a three-storey podium that has its roof finished as a landscaped park with picnic areas, barbeques and areas for large outdoor dinner parties.


West Village
, by Tridel [map]

Prices in the first phase of West Village range from $226,000 to $489,000. The first-phase tower is 27 storeys high.

Tridel is famous for its reputation and customer service.


Holiday Towers
, by FRAM Group [map]
The suites range in size from 440 square feet to 1,200 square feet ranging from $170,900 to $370,000.

Frank Giannone, president of the FRAM Group, says this area of central Etobicoke is undergoing a rejuvenation. “This neighbourhood is a combination of well established municipal facilities, plus new services and retail outlets.”
