I think we’re all feeling a tinge of pain from the bottom of our hearts for this real estate big whig who was disappointed with his summer vacation rental. After forking up $196 000 for a six-week stay, you’d think everything would be perfect, right? Not according to the claimant.
Upon arrival, he was SHOCKED to see that there were a few loose patio stones surrounding the pool. The suit argues that this condition…

Despite the apparent imminent dangers, the tenant remained at the vacation rental for the duration of his lease. Other unbearable aspects of the rental included a thorn-filled path to the beach, substandard beach deck boards, and inadequate air conditioning. The horror…THE HORROR!
The landlord’s lawyer, Robert Wolf, stated that no complaints had ever been filed in the past and that this suit reflected the inability of some customers to ever be satisfied.
So, lessor beware. At least it didn’t cut his vacation short! But despite that silver lining, let’s all take a moment to mourn his loss (*crickets*).
