The majority of construction materials at Minto Midtown were locally produced and 85% of the waste was diverted from landfill. That’s just part of the reason Minto has been receiving favourable press over the years.

Minto Midtown at Yonge and Eglinton, which has a fetching rainwater-fed courtyard feature, has achieved LEED gold certification, making it the largest multi-residential LEED condo in North America.
