A survey this week from Barclay’s Wealth showed that wealthy investors have a renewed appetite for real estate. The survey, of 2,000 investors world-wide with investible assets of more than $800,000, showed that 75% of respondents felt residential real estate looks attractive from an investment perspective. Of course, that doesn’t mean they are buying: 60% said tight credit was preventing them from taking the plunge.
