Over the past year, BuzzBuzzHome has made an extra effort to comment on ground-breakings. Love the project – or hate the project – breaking ground on a condominium is no easy feat and must be commended… especially coming out of The Great Recession.

Last month there was one developer who really caught the eye of BuzzBuzzHome – CITYZEN DEVELOPMENT. Not one… not two… but three ground-breakings in the month of November (and, we love the look of them all)! The amazing water-front condominium Pier-27; the architectural marvel of The L-Tower; and, Oakville’s waterfront luxury condominium The Shores – all broke ground in November.

In fact, I do not think any other developer broke ground on as many projects in November as Cityzen.

In speaking with Sam Crignano, President of Cityzen, I was even more amazed by his modesty and unpretentiousness – traits not often seen in land developers. Crignano was quick to acknowledge his amazing sales team, construction teams, and of course his partners.

Congratulations to Cityzen, Fernbrook Homes and Castlepoint Development!

Oh yeah.. I should also mention that in addition to the breaking ground on three condominiums, they also completed the two towers of London on the Esplanade… damn.. these guys are good!
