Would you buy a half-million-dollar country home from a postcard-sized poster on a downtown Toronto lamppost?

Michael Willems figures his “guerrilla marketing” campaign to sell the Mono Mills home he built himself has already generated more interest in his prime market than any standard real-estate method.

“The natural market is Toronto,” said Willems. “I’m more interested in finding someone interested in a wonderful place. This gives me a reasonable chance of finding them.”
