SigNature Developments is full of great marketing ideas for their newest project Triumph North. First they created these fun online adverts, at an attempt to go viral (click here); now, SigNature Developments had partnered with the Salvation Army to make winter a little warmer for the disadvantaged of King Township.

Residents of the area can drop by the presentation centre at its Triumph North project in Schomberg and donate winter wear, which will be used by the Salvation Army to help families in need – those for whom a warm coat, a cap or toque, or even a scarf and gloves is beyond their reach.

Drop by, donate and try the Christmas cookies.

“What we want to do is play a meaningful role as a good corporate citizen and help the Salvation Army in its campaign to ensure nobody in King Township need fear this winter’s cold,” says Daniela Di Battista, SigNature’s manager of sales and marketing,

“We can offer two things. The first is a central, accessible drop-off point – our Triumph North presentation centre at 6048 Hwy 9 at Hwy 27. The second is a community celebration of what we have achieved in the same location on December 6.

She invites anyone to bring in new or gently used winter outerwear from Mondays through Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. or on weekends from noon to 5 p.m. Just look for the Salvation Army bin pictured in this blog-posting.

Mark December 6 from 2p.m. to 6 p.m. on your calendar. That is when Triumph North and SigNature celebrate King Township’s huge heart and generous spirit. The company will present all the winter clothing it has collected to the Salvation Army and stage a party to launch the festive season.

While you are there take a moment to look at what Signature is doing with Triumph North and Triumph South – a pair of condominium communities that will brighten any new home buyer’s Christmas.

For as little as $350,000 empty nesters can own not just a superb new condo suite at Triumph North in Schomberg but a villa at Triumph South in Wildwood, Florida, as well.

Triumph North is an intimate, 6-storey, Georgian-inspired mid-rise building. It offers a choice of 130 suites ranging from generous 650-square-foot, one-bedrooms, through one-and-dens and two-bedroom units right up to large 1,400-square-foot, two-bedroom plus den suites, the size of many urban townhouses. Each has a large balcony; ground floor units have their own private walk-out patios.

Triumph South offers a choice of villas or bungalows on 27 acres of landscaped parkland, complete with ponds and lagoons. It sits right next to The Villages, Florida’s largest retirement community and is just 45 minutes west of Orlando or an hour north of St. Petersburg.

“Within 5 minutes drive you have courses offering 400 holes of golf year-round,” says Ms. Di Battista.

So drop by to make a lasting gift, come back to celebrate.
