Despite a rebound in leasing activity, the Ottawa office market continued softening in the third quarter as more than a quarter-million square feet came onto the market, according to a recent report.

Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa says this helped push the citywide vacancy rate up seven-tenths of a percentage point to 7.2 per cent, the highest level in three years.
