It’s been raining all day in Toronto but that’s not stopping the construction crew clearing the way for Bloor Street’s the Museum House. With occupancy scheduled for December 2010 the builder Veisman Consultants Inc. will have to keep working quickly.


The exclusive project with only 26 units, most of which already sold, is located at 206 Bloor Street West. Units range in price from $1.95 million to $12 million, all include direct elevator access, a fireplace and 10 – 12 foot ceilings. The developer, Yorkville Corporation, is currently offering an $800,000 Rodin sculpture as an incentive to whoever purchases the $12 million penthouse.
