The economic downturn has wrought havoc on commercial real estate markets across Canada, but no centre has fared as poorly as Calgary, says Cushman & Wakefield LePage senior vice-president Paul Morse. Calgary is the market that’s being hit the hardest and will (continue to) be,” Morse told Reed Construction Data during an interview at the CanaData Construction Industry Forecasts Conference in Toronto Sept. 24.
