Tridel has broken ground at Avonshire, a master-planned condominium community in North York that will eventually consist of four towers and several townhomes surrounding a park.

When complete, Avonshire will be home to about 1,200 families.

“Sales have gone really well right from the beginning with this project,” says Jim Ritchie, Tridel senior vice-president.

More than 75 per cent of the suites have sold during the past 18 months for this phase.
