Construction Update: Spring at Minto Gardens project

Concrete work continues for the Spring at Minto Gardens condominium and townhouse project in North York, Ont. Minto Communities Inc. has completion of the 33-storey building, with 326-units and 16 townhouses, scheduled for the end of 2010.

Project Summary: Only the rarest condo offers “dock-side” living, while in the midst of North York. Spring (at Minto Gardens) offers residents a Muskoka-like pond, as an extension of the condo’s eco-friendly design.

Located at Yonge and Sheppard, the condo provides an easy subway commute to downtown Toronto, as well as Highway 401.

Spring is the second phase of Minto’s Minto Gardens project, joining the Radiance condo.
