A little bit about the Fernbrook / Cityzen’s Absolute World
Absolute World in Mississauga, Ontario is part of a development that includes 5 highrise condominium towers.
The local authorities and principal builders introduced the Absolute Design Ideas Competition to design a 50-62 storey building for the Absolute World South Tower (named the ‘Absolute Tower’ during the selection period) which is the 4th tower in the complex.
Its curvaceous form has earned this the nickname of ‘The Marilyn Monroe Building‘.
The international design competition received over 90 submissions from 70 countries around the world. Absolute World is located in what is referred to as downtown Mississauga, on the intersection of Hurontario Street and Burnhamthorpe Road. Both Square One Shopping Centre, the Mississauga Transit City Centre Terminal and the GO Transit bus terminal are walking distance from Absolute World, making it very easily accessible by public transportation.
Over 30,000 square feet of amenity space, including outdoor pool, gym exercise complex, squash courts, 3 party rooms, 5 furnished guest suites, indoor pool, whirlpool, spas and steam rooms.
