On Tuesday, June 10th, at the National Club in Toronto, the Urban Land Institute (Toronto) is hosting an event where attendees can participate in an intimiate and interactive discussion with two of Canada’s most significant real estate investment leaders, Ned Goodman and Michael Cooper. The concept of the event is “Inside the Executive Office”, where Goodman and Cooper will share insight and answer questions about the economy, the prospects for commercial real estate, and knowledge gained from the last recession.
Goodman is the President and CEO of the Dundee Corporation, and the Chairman of its subsidiary, Dundee Wealth Management. His investment experience spans 40 years as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive, and he has an established reputation as one of Canada’s most successful investment counselors.
Cooper is the Managing Partner of Dundee Real Estate Asset Management (DREAM), and Vice Chairman and CEO of Dundee REIT. He has has worked in the real estate development and property management industry since 1987, and his current focus at Dundee is on strategy, acquisitions, capital markets and investor relationships.
The evening promises to be extremely informative for all interested parties and stakeholders in the land development and real estate industries. Of particular interest is the ability for those in attendance to submit questions to Goodman and Cooper in advance of the session, and to potentially engage in a candid discussion on many important topics.
