About 250 workers are on the project now – 500 by the end of the summer…Buyers of the next 10 remaining suites to receive $250,000.00 worth of travel – as an incentive to buy.

The lobby at the Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, is a bit rough right now – it mostly consists of exposed pipes, heating ducts and concrete – but it doesn’t take much imagination to envision the scene when the hotel opens about a year from now, with guests strolling through and climbing the glass staircase to the ballroom floor.

This is just one of a host of luxury hotel-and-residence combinations slated to open in Toronto the next couple of years, with the Shangri-La, Four Seasons and Trump International Hotel and Tower all under way.
