CALGARY – Keynote Development Corporation today is topping off of its 26-storey residential tower, Keynote Residential One — the second tower in the development to be topped off in the last six months in downtown Calgary.
The top of Keynote Office, a 14 storey tower, was reached in November 2008. The developer is a subsidiary of Balboa Land Investments.
The mixed-use development is located between 11th and 12th Avenues and 1st Street and Macleod Trail S.E., and spans almost an entire city block. There are also plans for a second residential tower in the future.
The Keynote development will include 230,000 square feet of office space, 40,000 square feet of retail space and 429 residential units, as well as an 18,000 square foot green-space on the Plus-15 level. There is a shared podium and interior plaza.
